Black Pepper Essential Oil

This essential oil of black pepper comes with a dropper. I like the size of this as well. It is large enough for me to use topically and also to use in infusing my essential oil diffuser mixes. This especially comes in hand if you are the sort of person who typically has cold hands and feet--a drop or two of this, well massaged onto skin, really helps.

It's interesting that when you smell black pepper used for seasoning you can't stop sneezing. This essential oil does not have that affect. I have been running it through my diffuser and it really helps me adjust my mood.

I am a huge fan of this spicy, peppery scented oil. I love to use our essential oil diffuser to scent our home. Unfortunately, my husband is not the most agreeable when it comes to certain smells. However, he really loves this black pepper oil, so we have been using it exclusively in our diffuser that past several evenings. It gives our home a lovely earthy scent that we both enjoy. This is a large sized bottle for an essential oil, 4 ounces, so I feel that this is a terrific value. This bottle will last me a long time. I also incorporated some into the scrub that I make for pedicures as I work doing them a couple days a week. I loved the scent and the slight tingle and so did my clients. I love that this oil comes with a dropper that also fits as the bottle cap. Very convenient. The only ingredient is black pepper oil and there are no other additives. I highly recommend this oil.

This is pure black pepper oil, with no added ingredients. It is to be used as aromatherapy. I like squeezing a few drops into my diffuser. It has a very spicy aroma, very soothing and natural. It coms with its own dropper. Since you only need to use a few drops at a time, this 4 fl oz bottle will last quite a while, so the price is very reasonable.

Best essential oil. The lemongrass scent is everything! On my second bottle.

I like the smell of fresh ground black pepper for its fresh and warm scents. It is nice to at a few drops to my existing diffuser oil and use it in the living room. It brings a fresh and a little spicy scent. Comparing to lavender oil, this one has a fresher scent. I like to add to that massage oil as well. This product comes in a very beautiful little bottle, that is very tight. There is a glass dropper in the box to help dispense precisely. It is bottle in the States, but I am not sure where it is made.

Perfect to add to the recipe I was using for a diffuser blend.

I ordered Handcraft Blends' Black Pepper Essential Oil because I had never seen black pepper as a type of essential oil and was curious what it would be like. Its bottle is very well sealed, since I couldn't even smell its scent until I took off the clear plastic packaging ring that was around its top. It smells as expected, like good-quality pepper. Black Pepper Oil is its only ingredient and the bottle says it is steam-distilled. I like how it has a separate dropper that can be put on top of the bottle once it is opened. It has a date on it of August 2026, more than a year and a half away at the time of this writing. It's a good-size bottle, being 1 fl oz and I like that it's natural. Great that it's made in the USA too, which has the best quality.

In the course of my research of this brand I became convinced it is a highly reputable, reliable and safe brand of essential oils. And I very, very good value. When I ordered these essential oils (I bought black pepper, tumeric, palmarosa and thyme) I became enthused about the idea of learning to combine scents to use in a diffuser. It was something I had never before thought to do. I became fascinated about the emotional, therapeutic and health properties of these essential oils. What stopped me in my tracks is when I learned that many if not most essential oils are toxic to cats. (I have 5 cats, all indoor.) Of the essential oils I bought only the tumeric oil is not toxic or harmful to my cats based on what I have read.

I love the fragrance of black pepper essential oil and this is no exception. The fragrance smells fresh and about 11 drops and diffuser fill a small room with fragrance. Overall great value I would order this again.

Great value Needed for many synergies

Ok, I will start this review off by saying that I was reading too fast and thought I was ordering PepperMINT oil. Double checked after I received it, and nope, I ordered Pepper. Wasn't sure what to do with it until I mixed it with a couple other oils of mine (ginger, lemon) and put in a diffuser - it cast a very nice scent! Not at all like Pepper Spray or hot pepper, like I imagined I was going to have. It's more of a scent of if you were to open a bottle of whole black pepper. Very pleasant. Best of all, the bottle was BIG! Such a great price for so much product!

We have gotten a couple of essential oils recently to help with my mother in law's memory. This one packs one heck of a punch. It doesn't seem to lend itself too well to a diffuser as the pepper scent is pretty strong. There is no doubting the quality of this oil though. Wow. Good product, but in search for a secondary purpose in the black pepper scent.

I like mixing this with ginger or lemon in a diffuser. You don't ordinarily think of black pepper as a room fragrance but it's actually quite nice and spicy. The same way that ginger and cinnamon are spicy. Also makes for a nice blend when added to a carrier oil and used for massage.

Used in aroma therapy, this oil provides a calming effect. Used topically, with a carrier, it provides so e relief to aching muscles and joints. I use a coconut as my carrier.

I was underwhelmed by the potency and aroma of this oil. It has a subtle, camphorous smell, only very slightly spicy. I have to push it right up against my nose in order to smell it. I don't know if that means it's been diluted, or just manufactured from less potent peppercorns. The oil is thin and clear and runny, as it should be. I rubbed some into my hands and had no noticeable skin sensitivity. It has a very, very slight warming action, but not much. 23 for 4 ounces is the current price. This comes in a glass bottle with a glass eye dropper.

This is a great quality oil, 100 pure and no additives. The scent really pops in the best way, I like using it in my diffuser. It's mild, woody, and spicy. I'm using it alone and with patchouli oil in my diffusers and it's quite invigorating to my senses. I haven't used it in any other way yet, but I've been reading up on that because it's a big 4 oz bottle. The price is competitive for essential oil of this size and high quality. I'm very satisfied.

This black pepper essential oil smells exactly like a freshly opened box of ground pepper, and is quite strong! The scent alone is quite nice, but I prefer to mix it with patchouli and lemon essential oils in my diffuser for a sharp, fresh, earthy, and awakening scent to fill my home. This oil seems to be of excellent quality, and it fills the house with fragrance well. This huge bottle and dropper came in perfect condition, well cushioned and in a sturdy outer container, without leaks. I am quite satisfied with this oil and my experience with it, and am having fun seeing what other scents I like to blend with this oil for unique fragrances. I use essential oils more for fragrance than therapy - aroma beads, roll ons, candles, etc. I'm looking forward to branching out from fruity and floral scents. Can't complain about the size. This should last through several projects, including trial and error. I appreciate the included dropper as well - can't have too many of those. Ironically, I DO NOT use black pepper on my food (occasionally in it while cooking, in tiny amounts), but I don't mind the scent of it.

Perfect for blending with other essential oils to get an earthy spicy scent. Made up some soap with this and some earthy scents.
