Although, I'm unable to swish for more than eight minutes, the mint adds such a refreshing and clean feel that I did not get from coconut alone. I love that this is USDA organic coconut oil and I feel it's all natural and good quality. Please do not spit this in the sink because overtime, it can clog your drain. I highly recommend this oil.
Pulling oil is not for everyone. It's a thick and oily mouthwash, not everyone can handle the texture. But if you are looking for a pulling oil mouthwash, I highly recommend this one!!! It tastes light and pleasant, and left my mouth feeling very fresh. You don't get much better than these ingredients! 100 organic coconut oil and 100 natural peppermint oil. That's it! Pure and Simple. And it gets better... This is blended in the USA and a Florida based company. I like that. My pictures above show a very small leak that happened in transit. One of them had a very small leak in the seal. When we squeezed the bottles to see why there was oil every where, this one had a small hissing sound leak out of it.

This oil has a strong mint flavor which definitely freshens your breath but the thickness took me a little time to adjust to. Felt like I had engine oil in my mouth. My previous pulling oil wasnt as heavy as this. I havent used it long enough to notice any whitening difference.

This is pretty good for oil pulling. I usually try another brand but wanted to try something different and this was less expensive than the normal brand i used. So far I would try it again. I haven't been using it long enough to see if it has made a difference but i will continue to. use it and give an update on it if i see any significant changes.
