I go through eucalyptus essential oil like I do peppermint essential oil... like water. I put some in my bath and my husband does the same in his and I use it for my once a month cluster headache week. I put it on a warm cloth and put it over my eyes. Relieves my headache and moisturizes my face at the same time. Great for my diffuser as well.
