Organic Peppermint Essential Oil has a fresh, minty, and cooling aroma that feels both soothing and energizing. It’s commonly used in aromatherapy to refresh the senses and, when properly diluted, added to massage blends for a cooling, comforting effect on the body.

  1. Aromatic

    Diffuse peppermint essential oil using about 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water to fill your space with a crisp, clean, minty scent. Its cool aroma is uplifting and works well on its own or blended with citrus or herbal oils for a refreshing home atmosphere.

  2. Soothing massage blends

    For topical use, always dilute peppermint essential oil in a carrier oil. A common dilution for massage is up to 1–2% — roughly 6–12 drops of peppermint oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier oil. Massage the diluted blend onto shoulders, back, or legs to enjoy a cooling, soothing sensation during relaxation.

Warning: For external use only. Peppermint essential oil must be diluted before applying to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
