Ive been using this spearmint oil for a while now, and its honestly become part of my daily routine. The size of the bottle (118ml) is awesome, its a lot of oil for the price, and the dropper makes it easy to control. What really got me hooked was the scent. I was a little skeptical at first because some mint oils can be too sharp, but this ones perfectly balanced. Ive been adding it to my diffuser every morning, and theres something about it that just clears my head. I dont know if its the freshness or the coolness of it, but it has this way of making the whole room feel... AWAKE. Its become my go-to for when I need a quick mental reset. The only downside for me is that the scent doesnt last as long as Id hoped. Ill notice it fading after a couple of hours, and I usually need to refresh it. Its not a dealbreaker, but I did expect it to linger a bit more. Overall, I really like it. The quality is great, and the price is fair for how much you get. If youre into minty, fresh scents that arent too overpowering, I think youll enjoy this!

Great use of oils. I prefer the peppermint and lavender scent but decided to change it up and add spearmint. It does add a different layer of using oil diffusers, however, my preference will go back to peppermint and lavender. The scent does not really smell spearmint but t does have a sense of a "clean" smell. That would be the ONLY reason for four stars instead of five.

This essential oil is strong and holds its scent in cold process soap. I ordered a different brand because I was in a pinch and needed it in a hurry and it was noticeably weak in scent and the spearmint scent itself wasn't great.
